Return/Refund Policy

 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at wolvesvision@outlook.com. We will provide  a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  After we recieve the items they will be inspected, if they have any signs of wear and tear, holes, rips, stretching, stains, any type of damage, and any smell including but not limited to smoke, perfume, and cologne.

A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you, as a customer, no longer have access to that payment method, then you need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.

If the customer used Shopify Payments and wants a refund, It could take  up to 10 business days to be credited back to your customer.

When a refund is issued a notification will be sent notifying you of the refund

We do not refund shipping fees.

 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged when received. If you receive the wrong item, or receive  the wrong size contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please do not wait more than 24 hours to contact us about any issue with the products.



Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (which includes special orders or personalized items), We also do not accept returns that have any signs of wear such as stretching, rips, tears, stains, cuts etc. Trying on a product to see if it fits is not wear and tear but anything after that is counted as wear and tear. If the item has been tried on and damaged in the process such as stretching, rips, tears, stains, cuts etc. we will not accept this as a return and any smell including but not limited to smoke, perfume, and cologne, we will not accept this as a return.

 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Send an email to WolvesVision to confirm you are doing an exchange. if you are exchanging for a higher priced item you will have to pay the difference, if you are exchanging for a lower priced item you will recieve a refund for the difference in prices.



Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If the item was not approved/denied for any reason you will recieve an email stating why we came to that decision and the next steps to be taken. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
